Refund Process

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Refund requests made after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.

 

To request a refund, please contact us at social@veneqa.com. We will review your request and, if approved, process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 

Note: There is no return or exchange policy. All sales are final beyond the 48-hour refund window.
